🥜🍓 The Viral PB&J Protein Smoothie (50+ grams of protein!)
If you grew up on peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and now live in a world of protein goals, this one’s for you.
This smoothie legit tastes like a PB&J but packs over 50 grams of protein, healthy fats, fiber, and gut-friendly ingredients. It’s creamy, nostalgic, and keeps you full forever.

🍓 PB&J Protein Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
– 1 cup mixed berries
– ½ cup wild blueberries
– 2 Medjool dates (pitted)
– ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
– 2 tsp flax meal
– 1 tbsp Bio.Me prebiotic powder
– 1 ½–2 cups almond milk (I used Malk)
– ½ cup real natural peanut butter or PB2 Fit (for a lighter version)
– 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein (I use Promix—linked below!)
– Handful of ice
– Optional: 1 tsp chia seeds (I forgot to add it this time but usually do for extra protein and fiber)
– Optional topping: 1 tsp hemp seeds
Instructions:
Blend it all up until super smooth. I use my Vitamix (linked below) and it turns out thick, creamy, and so satisfying. I like pouring it into an aesthetic glass and topping it with hemp seeds for the full vibe.
