WEEK 51 IS LIVE 🎉

Jun 05, 2026
∙ Paid

You guys are getting SIX recipes this week!

Honestly, I think this is one of our best menus yet, and I have a feeling those Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bites aren’t going to last very long in our house. 😂

Five Foods I Always Keep Around That Make Fat Loss Easier

Not because they’re magic. Not because they “burn fat.” But because they make staying consistent so much easier.

🥚 Eggs

Cheap, versatile, and one of the easiest ways to add protein to your day.

🫐 Berries

They satisfy my sweet tooth, add fiber, and make healthy meals feel less boring.

🫘 Beans

One of the most underrated foods for gut health and fullness. They’re packed with fiber and protein and help meals feel much more satisfying.

🥔 Potatoes

Potatoes get such a bad reputation, but they’re actually one of the most filling foods you can eat.

Which is exactly why you’ll notice them twice in this week’s meal plan.

🍋 Citrus

Lemons, limes, and grapefruit make healthy food taste brighter and more exciting.

And the more enjoyable your meals are, the easier it is to stay consistent.

Honestly, I think most people don’t struggle because their meals are bad.

I think we struggle because we get bored.

And boredom leads to random snacking and takeout.

So if you’re trying to eat healthier, don’t underestimate the power of finding foods you genuinely enjoy.

Day 5 of 75 Focus

One thing I’ve already learned over these first few days is that motivation is overrated.

I don’t wake up excited every morning. I don’t always feel productive, and I definitely don’t always feel like doing the work. But I’m learning that discipline isn’t really about being perfect. It’s about continuing, and honestly, I think that’s a lesson that applies to so much more than fitness.
